The Show hotel is the Hotel Pullman San Francisco Bay. This is the same hotel as the last three years but the hotel name has changed but remains part of the Accor group.

COURTESY SHUTTLE AIRPORT PICK-UP INFORMATION

When guests arrive at San Francisco International Airport:

· When your bags have been collected, please place a call to Sofitel San Francisco Bay at

(650) 598-9000 or dial #16 on the Hotel Courtesy Phone and request for airport shuttle pickup.

· The Concierge will give you shuttle instructions.

· Shuttle will be dispatched to pick you up. Arrival time will depend on traffic. APPROXIMATE RUNNING TIME: 15-30 minutes one way

 

How to arrange shuttle service on the day of departure:

The shuttle departs on the top of each hour and is a first come first serve basis. Please arrive in the lobby approximately 10-15 minutes prior and inform the Concierge Desk that you will be utilizing the shuttle service.

PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle is only licensed to pick-up and drop off guests at the San Francisco International.  Airport and cannot transport guests to/from Sofitel to/from Oakland or San Jose airports.

 

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO SOFITEL

From North of the Hotel including San Francisco International Airport

Take 101 South. Exit Ralston/Belmont. Turn left at the first traffic light. At the third traffic light, turn right on Twin Dolphin Drive. Sofitel is half-mile on the left side. Turn left on Shoreline Driveto enter the parking lot.

 

From South of the Hotel including San Jose International Airport

Take 101 North. Exit Holly Street. Take the first off ramp toward Redwood Shores Parkway. At the second traffic light, turn left on Twin Dolphin Drive. Sofitel is half-mile on the right side. Turn right on Shoreline Drive to enter the parking lot.

 

From East Bay via Highway 92:

Take Highway 92 (San Mateo Bridge) West. Take 101 South. Exit Ralston/Belmont. Turn left at the first traffic light. At the third traffic light, turn right on Twin Dolphin Drive. Sofitel is half-mile on the left side. Turn left on Shoreline Drive to enter the parking lot.

 

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Individual Call In:  Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel at (650) 598-9000 no later than Sunday, July 31, 2016.  Each individual must ask for group reservations and identify themselves as members of the San Francisco Pen Show. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual’s one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night.

RESERVATIONS AFTER CUT-OFF DATE

The Cut-off date is Friday, August 4 2017.  Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the sole discretion of The Sofitel San Francisco Bay on a space and rate availability basis.  If the group rate is not available after the cut-off date, the prevailing public rates will apply for any confirmed reservations.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check in time for all attendees is 3PM. Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and room availability.  Checkout time is 12 noon. Departure extensions are based on availability, at Hotel’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.

EARLY DEPARTURE PROCEDURE

At check-in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm his or her departure date. Any guest departing before the confirmed departure date will be assessed a one night charge.  This charge will be posted to the guest’s individual account.
