Learn how to use the practice of journaling for idea development, goal setting and attainment, stress reduction, fighting creative blocks, improving your writing skills and mood alteration. If you have wanted to keep a journal but couldn’t get started or continue the practice, let me help you over the hurdle. If you already keep a journal let’s share ideas for enriching your writing experience.

Susan Thom has written each morning in a journal for over 50 years.  She started teaching seminars after being told by friends that the practice changed their lives. After understanding how many top business  executives keep journals she brings this seminar to you. Susan is a fifth generation Californian who has lived her entire life in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.  Her passions include journaling and collecting fountain pens and traveling. She teaches seminars in journaling at fountain pen shows across the US and in local communities.  She has recently retired from  Keysight Technologies managing global accounts for  their Electronic Test and Measurement business.
